Our registration deposit, equal to 30% of the total cost for a course, camp, or class, is non-refundable. This helps cover the costs of enrolling students and managing customer communication. However, it may be transferred if rescheduling occurs within the specified timeframe outlined below.
All date changes are based on availability.
Summer Camps/Weekly Camps can be rescheduled with three week’s notice so long as we have availability.
No-Shows: If your child does not attend a class, workshop, or camp without prior notice, the full fee will be forfeited. To avoid this, please inform us in advance if your child will be unable to attend.
Week-Long and Summer Camp Registration Cancellation:
- 30 or more days before the camp start date: 70% refund
- 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- 2-14 days before: 25% refund
If we cancel due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund within 10 business days.
