We require a 30% deposit for our weeklong summer camp programs. This deposit is non-refundable and holds your child’s spot in our camp. Camp balances are due one month prior to the camp start date. For date transfers please see below.
All date changes are based on availability.
Summer Camps/Weekly Camps can be rescheduled with three week’s notice.
No-Shows: If your child does not attend a class, workshop, or camp without prior notice, the full fee will be forfeited. To avoid this, please inform us in advance if your child will be unable to attend.
Week-Long and Summer Camp Registration Cancellation:
- 30 or more days before the camp start date: 70% refund
- 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- 2-14 days before: 25% refund
If we cancel due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund within 10 business days.
